Oracle Partners MagiaCX and VideoSign partner for global growth
6 September 2017 – VideoSign, the global provider of video-enabled workspaces, and MagiaCX, specialist provider of digital engagement solutions, have announced that they have formed a partnership for the public sector, education and commercial sectors globally.
This new partnership will extend MagiaCX’s existing digital engagement capabilities including Oracle Service Cloud, Policy Automation, Engagement Cloud and Platform as a Service Technologies used by a broad spectrum of government, commercial, and not for profit organisations.
Ian Dunbar, CEO of VideoSign commented “By partnering with MagiaCX, we are able to offer MagiaCX’s customers the opportunity to take full advantage of the power of the video-enablement workspace to improve access to services, improve engagement and enhance efficiency”.
“For example, a resident could connect with their local council through a video enabled meeting, complete a smart form in the meeting, digitally sign and complete the transaction’. Avoiding the need for travel and inconvenience”.
Steve Solomon, CEO of MagiaCX stated “We see this alliance as a logical extension of Magia’s current product offering. Our clients rely on MagiaCX to engage their customers for sales, support and service through an on-line or remote experience. Some of these services required a signed document or a face to face meeting which introduces delays and costs for all involved. With Suitebox, our clients’ customers can respond, authorise and sign binding documents at a time and place that they find convenient for a truly positive customer experience”.
MagiaCX and VideoSign are both part of the Oracle Independent Software Vendor network and both operate natively on the Oracle Cloud.
